"You know I picked that up second hand ( at a thrift
store here in SF) , so I don't have a lot of info, I
assume it was given as a gift to the person who helped
( copied? Made?) the xeroxes of the LP) when it was
released and then was donated years later. It's one of
the weirder things I've turned up in years of
thrifting and collecting in SF"
